Welcome to Ocoee Movers! By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the use of our moving services, website, and any other services we provide.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any service with Ocoee Movers. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

Ocoee Movers provides professional moving services, including but not limited to:

Local Movers
Long-Distance Movers
Commercial Movers
Residential Moving
Moving and Storage
Same Day Movers

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time without notice.

2. Booking and Payment

To book any moving service with Ocoee Movers, you must provide accurate information regarding the details of your move, including location, number of items, and any special requirements (e.g., heavy items, fragile items). A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed upon. Ocoee Movers accepts cash, credit card, and other approved payment methods. Any late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled moving date. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Ocoee Movers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your move in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule the move.

4. Liability and Damages

While Ocoee Movers takes great care to ensure the safety of your belongings, we cannot be held responsible for damage to items that are not properly packed by our team or items that are improperly disassembled. Customers are encouraged to pack fragile items carefully or use our professional packing services.

Ocoee Movers is fully insured to cover damages caused by our team during the move. Our liability for any lost, damaged, or destroyed items is limited to the lesser of:

The cost of the item’s replacement value
The repair cost
$0.60 per pound per item

This limitation applies unless otherwise stipulated in the service agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate details about your move, including the number of items, their condition, and any special handling requirements.
Ensure that there is clear access to the moving area and that all items are accessible and ready for loading.
Ensure that there are no hazardous materials in your belongings.
Secure any necessary parking permits or access clearance at both the origin and destination addresses.
Be present or designate a responsible person to oversee the move.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being moved by Ocoee Movers:

Perishable goods or food
Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, flammable items, explosives)
Live animals
Cash, jewelry, or valuable documents
Firearms or weapons

If any prohibited items are discovered during the move, we reserve the right to refuse transportation.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ocoee Movers, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

Ocoee Movers reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the new terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
